Phillip is a transformational leader with over 23 years of cross industry experiences transforming people, and teams to work together while surpassing performance goals, and exceeding customer expectations. His industry experience is diverse, and includes: Commercial Airlines, Aerospace, Facilities Engineering, Higher Education, Management Consulting, Manufacturing, and Service industries. He earned Associate of Arts, and Associate of General Studies degrees from South Mountain Community College, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix main ground campus. Phillip is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Black Belt, and earned a certificate in Supply Chain Management. He completed the Foundation of Management, and Certified Manager programs through the Institute of Certified Professional Managers, and earned his Certified Manager (CM) professional credential. Phillip created operations and financial management systems that help small-medium businesses enhance their sales and operating margins. Phillip founded Optimal Industries from his passion for leadership, and inspiring through positive, impactful change. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, supporting his favorite college sports team, the University of Miami Hurricanes, and attending sporting events.
